Guidelines for Students:

  • Subscribe to the calendar - Make sure to subscribe and not just add it! Otherwise, you won't receive updates and changes.
  • You are responsible - As students, the burden of proof is on you. You are personally responsible for staying up-to-date with all information and deadlines.
  • Deadlines - Most deadlines are noted in the respective ILIAS courses. If not available there, check the first lecture PDF for deadline information.
  • Lecture-free periods (also called "semester breaks") do not mean you have "free time." Emails can still arrive during these periods, usually administrative notices. You are personally responsible for meeting the deadlines of these applications and similar requirements.
  • Exam Registration: Use the HHN Exam Registration Portal for regular registration. If you miss the deadline, you'll need to complete the Late Exam Registration Form.

Fun Fact: Late exam registration also has a deadline! If you miss the regular registration period, you must submit your late registration before the late registration deadline expires.

SemCon is an event at the end of the semester where students present their projects at a small exhibition/fair.

Die Heilbronner Chaos Party (DHCP) is an event organized by Code for Heilbronn (CFHN) for decentralized, distributed, collaborative Chaos and F.U.N.. The event will take place from the 31.10.2025 - 02.11.2025 in Heilbronn.

At the start of their studies, the guides are available as contact persons, answer open questions and give tips on exams, courses and student life. They support students both online and at regular meetings on-site to help them find their way around HHN and in their degree program. This also promotes exchange and networking within the SEB community.
